1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Cedras GmbH, Switzerland, reachable at hello@thesauri.ch. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

Account data — your name, email address, language and sign-in credentials.

Collection data — the records, photographs, documents and notes you choose to place in your workspace. This content is yours; we store it on your behalf.

Technical data — log data, device and browser information, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

Billing data — plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service, keep it secure, manage billing and support you when you ask. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your collection data for advertising or profiling.

4. Hosting and security

Thesauri is hosted in Switzerland. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every workspace is isolated at the database level, and an append-only audit trail records every action.

5. Sharing and processors

We work with a small number of carefully chosen processors — hosting and payment — bound by data-protection agreements. A current list is available on request.

When you create a sharing link or invite someone into your workspace, you decide what they see. Recipients access shared material under your control, not ours.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete records or close your account, the data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period and from backups according to their rotation cycle.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a portable export of your personal data at any time, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Write to hello@thesauri.ch and we will respond without undue delay.

If you are in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). In the EU, you may contact your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

The marketing site uses no tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. The application uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in securely.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are announced with reasonable notice. The current version is always available on this page.
