Thesauri
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern the use of Thesauri, the private platform for exceptional collections operated by Cedras GmbH. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
1. The service
Thesauri is a private platform for documenting and managing collections of exceptional objects — today classic and luxury vehicles, and fine art. It provides workspaces for provenance, valuations, documents, people, storage locations, tasks and controlled sharing.
Thesauri is operated by Cedras GmbH, Switzerland (“Cedras”, “we”). “You” means the account holder and anyone they invite into a workspace.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed yearly in CHF. Prices are also available in EUR, USD and GBP. Swiss VAT is added for customers in Switzerland only.
Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start. Unless cancelled before renewal, a subscription renews for a further year.
The free plan includes five cars and five artworks and is not time-limited.
4. Partner programmes
Garage, Garage Pro, Atelier and Atelier Pro partner plans allow approved businesses to manage client workspaces and earn recurring commission on the paid subscriptions of clients they introduce.
Commission is paid on collected client revenue, after the client pays, under the separate partner agreement. Client accounts always belong to the client.
5. Acceptable use
You may only store content you have the right to hold, and you may not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or infringing.
You may not attempt to access another workspace, probe or breach our security, or interfere with the operation of the service.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you place in your workspace. You grant Cedras only the limited licence needed to host, process and display it in order to operate the service.
Sharing links, watermarks and dossiers are under your control; you may revoke access at any time.
7. Intellectual property
Thesauri, its marque, design and software are the property of Cedras GmbH. These terms grant you no rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
8. Data protection
The way we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Availability and changes
We take reasonable care to keep the service available and secure, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
We may develop the service and amend these terms. Material changes are announced with reasonable notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Cedras is liable only for damage caused by unlawful intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, is excluded.
Valuations and records you store are your own; Thesauri does not appraise objects and provides no valuation advice.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. You may export your data before closing your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that materially breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cedras GmbH, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
